Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean the scope is faulty.  This usually happens to longer scopes when they are kept coiled for a long time or after many repeated bending which result in the coil relaxing a bit and so, the image appears tilted.  All you need to do is grasp the end of the shaft while looking through the eyepiece, and twist the shaft end in the opposite direction the image needs to move.  Keep twisting until your image is aligned again.
